Figure it out yourself!!!
EVERY 1.5 seconds a co-worker who sits near me is asking me how to do this or what should she do with that. I realize we have new procedures on some stuff, but my God READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, ask the PERSON in CHARGE. How about PAYING ATTENTION during class?!? I'm not your personal mentor; I'm the same pay grade as you/same title and have MORE WORK to do than you!!!

Ohhhh that is one of my biggest pet peeves because I'm a problem-solver. It's in my personality and a part of my job. I can't stand the lazy or purposely ignorant people I work with!
Tell her to RTFM.

second - OMG!!! I could have written this post myself!! I have two college interns working for me and I can completely relate. Every two seconds – how do I do this? Can I ask you a question?
READ YOUR NOTES AND PAY ATTENTION WHEN I EXPLAIN SOMETHING!!!! Or better yet = try and trouble shoot!!!!! Use your brain….
It is sooo frustrating!!! And as I am typing this – one of them came over to me to ask a question I had already answered when I had a mini meeting with them earlier…does anyone ever pay attention!!!

I know what you mean the last place I worked I had one like that and it annoyed me to know end. The funny thing is she ended up being let go because she knew nothing and was probably getting on the supervisors nerves.

I think a lot of people haven't yet learned the importance of trying to figure out basic things themselves before going to someone else for help. I'd like to say it's a "younger generation" thing, but I see people twice my age doing it. It also gets annoying because sometimes it gets so bad, that you feel like it would just be easier to do their darn work yourself. This is one of the major reasons I was never cut out to be a supervisor at work.
