Re: Fill in the blank regarding strollers: If I could do it all over again I would ________

have gotten the Peg Perego Uno. I have the bumbleride Flyer and it kind of s*cks.

I also would have done what I did for the umbrella stroller, which was wait until DS was here to purchase. It's SOOOOOOOO much easier to pick out a stroller when you have someone to put in it to test! I got the Maclaren Quest and I adore it Chat Icon

Re: Fill in the blank regarding strollers: If I could do it all over again I would ________

I have 2 strollers and I still like them both.

We registered for and received the Graco Quattro Tour which I love because it handles very easily and has a nice large basket for your stuff.

I leave that at the babysitter's house and decided I didn't want to take it back and forth because it's so heavy so I purchased the Maclaren Quest a few months back.

I love that because it's light and folds up really small. The downside is that the basket is not accessible when the seat is fully reclined, but I still love it.

Re: Fill in the blank regarding strollers: If I could do it all over again I would ________

I registered for and got the Peg Perego Pliko P3 and the Primo Viaggio infant car seat. They come separately, but can be used as a travel system. I LOVE this stoller. Thomas is 16 months now and it is the only stroller I own. It does everything I want it to do. It's lightweight (not as light as some), folds compactly, reclines, huge canopy, basket, cupholder, tray with cupholder for baby and looks great. I used it as a travel system when DS was little and now I just use it as a stroller.

Highly Recommend!!

Re: Fill in the blank regarding strollers: If I could do it all over again I would ________

I would get another Inglesina Zippy and was worried about wasting $$ on the extra piece (carrycot $200) but I am so glad I had it. It was great to have a pram in the beginning.

I haven't BTDT long enough so I don't have thoughts on that. I know I want another lighter stroller but can't decide. I had the Volo which I returned - I'll probably get a Maclaren Quest.

agreed! I did use my Peg Venezia when Em was older and it was really comfy for her, but I never used the whole system together - the snap n go is so much easier!! I also LOVE my Maclaren - I always buy the lightweight strollers that are easier to use vs the heavier bulkier strollers now.

i would've gotten a double stroller---though not sure if i am brave enough to go out alone when DC #2 arrives... i got a maclaren volo that does not recline, and while it served its purpose, i can see i will probably not use it too much when DC #2 comes...

I would not change a thing.

I got the Snap n Go for him in the beginning (and still use it here and there) and bought the Babyjogger City Mini for him now. I like to take walks with him, and love this stroller!

Re: Fill in the blank regarding strollers: If I could do it all over again I would ________

I would do the same thing that I did.

I have:

BumbleRide flyer - great carriage. Great for walks, especially for a newborn since it reclines all the way. He still naps in it daily at my mom's house.

Maclaren Triumph - for the car. My mom has the Volo for her car. They are both great and serve their purpose.

BOB Revolution jogger -- obviously, for jogging but he naps in this at home on weekends also. Love it. Love taking it on walks. Just a great jogger.

Whenever I see my friend with her Graco, I am so glad that I didn't go that route. it is so cheaply made compared to what I use...and not that much cheaper.

Re: Fill in the blank regarding strollers: If I could do it all over again I would ________

Def no travel system. I have the graco quattro tour system, and the stroller was hardly used compared to my other strollers. I love it, but it's just so big comparable.

I would have kept my snap n go and went straight to my peg pliko P3, by far my FAV stroller.

Mine are 14 months apart and i would have not wasted my time nor money on the two double strollers i bought then sold, i should have just gotten the convertible sit n stand.

I have a sit n stand now and I LOVE IT!

Re: Fill in the blank regarding strollers: If I could do it all over again I would ________

I would not have gotten the travel system. I haven't used it yet and DD is almost 7 months. We used the snap and go and once she could sit up we bought the inexpensive Baby Trend Stroller and it's working great so far.

Absolutely NO travel system. Way too heavy! I would have begun with a snap and go then bought a peg perego pliko and been done.

What she said! Except I found only one of my strollers on Craigslist - the Bugaboo with every single accessory imaginable (even the Graco infant carseat adapter).

I registered and received the Graco Metrolite. Always a 50/50 on any stroller depending on who you ask but I love this stroller and it has served us well.

Recently Graco came out with a lightweight stroller: Ipo - we bought it and love it!

I have a snap&go but only used it for a short time so I look at is as waste since I later learned you can snap the snug ride carsear into the metrolite stroller but for other people it was great.

If I could get one more it would be a Maclaren.

have registered for the Peg Perego Pliko 3! Love that stroller! I have the Bugaboo Frog which I like but DS is a big boy and he will definitely outgrow it very soon. I also have the Maclaren Quest for traveling.

Do the same, use the Bugaboo until my kid was about one and then buy a Maclaren of some sort for everyday use. I loved my Bug and I can't wait to use it with my next baby!

Re: Fill in the blank regarding strollers: If I could do it all over again I would ________

I would have bit the bullet and bought the Bugaboo. I got the Rock Star Baby instead and although I like it I still wish I bought the Bug.

If I would have just gotten the Bug and the car seat attachment then the only other stroller I would have needed is my Mac which I love.

I also have a Pliko P3 which was a hand me down and I love this one too. If you looking for one quality stroller that has a lot of features this is the one I would get.

do the same and get the Graco metorlite travel system. I didn't find it heavy at all, loved the pattern and the stroller is awesome. I also got the snap and go for quick trips and loved it as well.

Re: Fill in the blank regarding strollers: If I could do it all over again I would ________

I would have registered for a more expensive travel system -- still a graco but I felt bad putting an expensiv one on my registry so I basically registered for the least expensive graco one and it didn't have the same level of features that a more expensive one would have.

I also would have bought a maclauren umbrella stroller when she was about a year old, instead of my cheapo combi, or maybe in addition to because the combi is good for travelling.

Re: Fill in the blank regarding strollers: If I could do it all over again I would ________

I would not change getting my snap n go, or my inglesina but I am very sorry I bought my Maclaren quest mod - it is very shaky walking around the corner into town and only works well in the mall. DD hates it b.c it doesn't have a tray and the basket is too small to hold anything at all.

I wish I got my jogger much sooner and I wish I had gotten a regular stroller instead of the Mac that glides more and has a larger basket to carry what I need even if it is bulkier than the Mac. I will probably get more use out of the Mac when DD is older but only time will tell.
