final question: is it possible to go from a snap and go to a maclaren quest?

maybe i can eliminate the middle man!
since i can use a snap and go for about 8 months or so, could i then go from a snap n go directly to a lightweight stroller like a maclaren?

I don't know that I would use the snap N go for 8 months - but I guess you could. My guy is 5 months tomorrow and it's just not all that comfy anymore for him - esp. for walks in the summer - it gets hot as it's tight.

Agree. I went right into a stroller at about 3 and 1/2 - 4 months. But I agree with Jessee, you probably could if you had a small baby.

Right? Maybe if you're child isn't a monster like ours Chat Icon

My SIL used her Snap N Go til 7-8 months but her son is thin (probably same weight as Ryan and he's 4 months older).

ETS: On the flip side, if you do have a bigger baby you can probably use the Quest earlier though.

I used the Snap & Go till 7 mos and went directly to the Maclaren Quest. It was May when I did the switch so the heat was not a factor.
