Finally in the under 200 club [pics]
The picture that changed it all for me:
I was probably at least 250 in that picture. Ready to keel over, running around an agility course with my dog in 90 degree heat.
Another:
Those shorts were tight, all over.
Took this a few weeks ago in the same shorts:
They're not flattering, but I can't help but smile when I put them on, remembering. They're drawstrings, so I'll keep them as long as I can, to remember. 
I fell off the wagon plenty of times over the past months. But it's working, I'm finally officially under 200, I feel like I can call myself "thick" instead of "fat"  and I actually look forward to working out now. Never, in my lazy @ss life, did I think I'd ever say that.
That's all, just wanted to share some of my happiness.

Thank you so much ladies!
I don't know if it's a part of getting older or what, but I am no longer racing to a number. I feel like setting deadlines doesn't work for me, and if I get discouraged, I come here and read your threads on running and exercise.
Although I love how quickly I develop muscle mass, I think I'm going to have to tone it down soon.  My biceps are starting to scare me.

I'm so glad to hear that. In the beginning, it seems impossible and you get overwhelmed at the enormity of what you have to do. But I've learned to be patient and be content with smaller (but no less important) successes. Add all those up and you've got quite an accomplishment.

Gosh, thanks again ladies! I just jogged outside at the HS track for the first time, in form-fitting yoga pants, and didn't think I looked like a total pig.
It's really hard to change your self image, your idea of what you look like, after being overweight for so long. Your comments mean a lot to me. Thank you!!
