finally saw the dark knight last night (spoiler alert)
OMG it was fantastic! we saw it in IMAX which made it a little hard to follow some of the scenes but all in all a great experience.
i don't know if it was the pregnancy hormones or what, but i totally cried when the black guy threw the detonator out the window 
and every time the joker came on the screen i was just amazed... i know part of the reason is because he isn't with us anymore  but the quality of ledger's performace was just so obvious to me, i really hope he wins some kind of posthumous award for this.
on a (sort of) side note, did anyone else notice how much maggie gyllenhal looks like a turtle?

We just saw it over the weekend. I watched the first one the week before since I hadn't seen it, and didn't like it, so I didn't know how I would like this one.
I thought Heath Ledger was fantastic! It bugged me how Christian Bale talked when he had the suit on. I mean it REALLY bugged me, but maybe I can blame that on the pregnancy hormones as well!
Overall I really enjoyed the movie!

Overall I really enjoyed the movie!
It bothered me too, and there are definitely no pregnancy hormones going through me.
I was also blown away by Heath Ledger's performance. I thought all the Oscar talk was just to show him respect since he passed away, but he really was amazing!!

Another person annoyed by the voice.
I thought Heath was AMAZING!! But, I got total chills when he was in the body bag. Freaked me out a bit!!

Actually he did use that husky voice in Batman Begins. We watched it the weekend before we went to see Dark Knight, and I even commented during Batman Begins as to why he was talking like that, and how it was annoying me. I don't think it was AS husky as in Dark Knight, but he did use that annoying voice.
