Finally uploaded pics from our Memorial Day trip upstate!-- major overload
I grew up upstate, and my mom & most of my family lives there still. My mom's land is awesome, she has a stream in the front yard, a quiet little side road, my Grandma used to live across the street 
The water was still too cold to go in, but hopefully we will this summer!

Aw, thank you so much  Your little girl is gorgeous as well!  Yes, DD has some personality, that's for sure-- there's never any questioning what she wants or feels, she tells me in no uncertain terms

Gorgeous!!!!!!
My mom is upstate too....New Paltz. She has a stream in her backyard too. The path has been overgrown for years. It's #1 on DHs TO DO list this summer...to clear it out.

It's in the middle of nowhere in the Catskills (Sullivan County)...I hated it growing up, but boy do I wish we could raise DD there now, so she'd have space to run & fresh air.

Dirty events usually happen while still in PJ's, one less outfit to clean-- gardening, mud puddles, etc. I was laughing b/c she was splashing away & getting in on her face, everywhere...and my mom is telling the dogs not to drink out of the puddles b/c of some deer-pee virus that affects dogs...so I'm yelling "Why did you tell me she could play in the puddle then??"

The evil eye one is my favorite though
And you are brave b/c I'd be having a stroke with the mud (not that C3 would go in mud, he says "YUCK" at stuff like that )

Yeah, her's gets overgrown a bit here & there too, it's so hard to keep it neat. I like going up at the beginning of the summer as opposed to the end, b/c if we don't get much rain the stream is pretty dried-up, which is depressing

$10 at BRU, believe it or not! I love those shoes, we have them in a few colors, they're our play-outside shoes that can get all dirty.
I don't think they make over a Size 6 though, so these are our last ones
