Fire Dept Kids Partys
Do any of the local fire depts. in suffolk give tours for kids...My son would love this for his bday and then I figured we can go out for pizza, it would just be for a small group of kids...

Brookhaven has a fireman museum (in Ridge I think). I know they give tours and will have a firefighter meet with the kids, and they have a playground with picnic areas but I'm not sure if they call their events 'parties'.
I've also heard that local firehouses have open houses in October so kids can tour them and learn about fire safety, see a fully uniformed firefighter up close, etc. Maybe check with your local fire district?

I don't know if this is too far for u but I had ds birthday party last month at the firefighters museum in nassau. It was great!! Fm me if u want more info
