Fireplace cleaning - how much does it cost?
A lot of the houses we are currently looking at have wood burning fireplaces, which we absolutely love. But, we've never actually lived in a house that has one. I'm assuming there is an annual maintenance cost to have it cleaned by a professional. Can anyone give me an idea of what the cost is?

Fireplace cleaning - how much does it cost?
I think I paid around $118 a few years ago for a wood burning fireplace.
