prenatal prescription or recommendations
if they automatically file preauthorization for the hospital
some i remember:
what hospital he/she works with
how many drs are in the group/ chances of each Dr delivering
emergency/ after hours numbers or email addresses
forward ppwk from old gyno if different (pap results, etc)
