First Consult with Dr. Braverman...
for recurrent miscarriages.
Does he do bloodwork at the first appt or is this just a talking type of appt? Just wondering if I need to bring DH or not.
Thanks.

Re: First Consult with Dr. Braverman...
On my first consultation with Dr Braverman we just talked. Unfortunatelly my DH was not there and there was just too much information and I sort of felt overwhelmed with everything I also brought along results from tests that I had previously done along with DHs test results and that gave Dr B a pretty good idea of what our issues were. I also brought along a list of questions that I had just to make sure that I didn't forget asking anything. Good Luck to you!

Re: First Consult with Dr. Braverman...
Dr B sat with my husband and I for over an hour on our first visit (we too were there for recurrent miscarriages). I would recommend your DH being there and as the PP said bring any test reults or paperwork you may have.
After the first meeting we had a battery of tests we both needed to go through. It took about 2-3 weeks for all the blood work results to come in.
Best of luck!
