first heartbeat?

I know I shouldn't be panicking yet but after the 2 m/c 's I can't help it. Plus i wiped today and got some light brown spotting. But I had my first u/s today 5w2d and now h/b; for those who've been p/g when did you first get a h/b on sono? Hoping this baby will be healthy......

We saw it at 6 weeks 2 days. I think you are kinda early to hear it. I believe that it starts beating in the 5th week, so you might have just been a couple days too soon. Are you going back in a few days?

Try not to worry too much- it really is a bit soon. Did you see a sac with something in it? Was your doc concerned?

We saw the heartbeat with this pg at 5w6d...it might be a little bit early for you right but I understand the worrying completely!

i went in for my first sono at 5wks 3 days and we only saw a gest sac with a yolk sac in it. By 6 weeks 3 days we saw a hb.
I think ur a bit too early to see it.

we first heard it at 5w5d but don 't fret...it's still early and everyone is different

6w2d. One or two days can change alot. Don't worry about it.

Congrats on your pg I wouldn't worry - 5w is still early. When I went for my 1st sono at 7w we didn't see the h/b or much of anything else, but when I went back for a follow-up 9 days later we saw & heard the h/b clear as day. In the end it turns out that I'm a week behind what I originally thought I was (must have had a late implanter)!

5w2d only saw the start of the gestational sac. Saw h/b at 6w4d and heard h/b at 7w4d
