first injectable cycle
So I got the go ahead to start gonal f tonight. My cysts are getting smaller. Hopefully my iui is approved. Finance isn't concerned and told me to go ahead!
The nurse also told me that they had a staff meeting this week and she brought me up saying that I am a perfect candidate for the IVF grant and she put me on the list!!! I was told i couldn't get on the list because there were too many people and not enough money. I guess most of the women are patients in mineola and maybe they like girls in all the offices to get some? It is not a guarantee but I am closer than I was a week ago!! I started to cry right then.and there!! Hopefully i don't need it and this cycle works but if not maybe I won't have to take a loan out for IVF!! Just feeling more positive finally. So excited had to share!!!

Good Luck Honey-
I was told my RE did not participate in the grant- and our insurnace doesnt cover any of it either, we were inquiring because i haev 1 more IUI before we move on.

I am more hoping that Gonal helps you get a BFP

Thanks. Just got the call that my estrogen is still low so they lowered my dosage of gonal f. I am still cystic. Damn cysts!!!

what dose are they putting you on? I think i was on 150 i have to check my log at home.
its an easy injection no worries

it worked for me :) I got preg-
1st cycle with them

That's awesome news!!!!! I have heard that also that more mineola patients are always on that list. So glad you could have a chance!! You totally deserve it

What awesome news about the grant!!!!
When we found out we were approved by my insurance company to start IVF, I cried and my dh and I went out to celebrate. I was originally denied and my RE had to fight for us!

Yay, good news! I'm in the 2ww of my first injects cycle (Gonal F). The injects weren't so bad... fingers crossed for you!
