First Part of Sequential Screen - CHECK! (UPDATED to add photo)
Went for our first part of the sequential screen today (maybe you read that in the title  )...
The ultrasound was EXTERNAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
I couldn't see the screen at first - because the tech had to measure the baby - but Dave said when he first 'found' the baby - the entire baby's body jumped! The baby was rather still the whole time - i'm hoping he/she was sleeping...we could see the heartbeat crystal clear! Blood results in 10 days'ish.
My most favorite part of all - and i'm SURE this is a normal baby pose - but the baby was in the EXACT same position that Dave sleeps in - one hand behind the head - totally relaxed... I saw that on the screen and when the tech printed us a pic with that - i just wept. Dave's 'relax' pose is one arm behind his head and his legs crossed - and while we couldn't see if the baby had his/her legs crossed - the hand thing was just so perfect!!!
Spoke to the doc about the 'leg pain' from the other night (hasn't happened since btw) - she said it's 100% normal.
Asked about taking Zyrtec every day - because WOW it makes a difference to my head (i didn't take it last night and had a HORRIBLE sinus headache all day) - she said it's totally fine - it's a class B drug and that's fine to take.
I'll add the pic tomorrow - when I get to work and can use the camera i like to do the photo!
We won't get to see the baby again until 20 weeks  - but all was well today!  Image Attachment(s):

Isn't that the best! I made my appt for Jan 29! I can't wait!
The baby looks so much bigger than the first sono pics.
I had mine first sono done at 6 weeks 2 days with my son so he looked like a blob with a heartbeat....at the ultrascreen he looked like "a baby".

That's so exciting Jess!
We had our ultrascreen yesterday too, The baby was cooperating as well and th technician was able to get the measurements pretty quickly. At some point the baby did turn around and we saw the back and spine. The technician was very nice and we got 4 great sono pictures.

 glad everything went well. our baby didnt really move at the ultrascreen either....tech said it was almost too easy for her.

I did my blood work 2 weeks ago so my results are there.. I go for the screen tday.. My results come in 15 minutes!!! Cant wait!!! Did you find out the sex?? This is so exciting!!
