First Sono Tomorrow.... UPDATE!!!
I have my first sono tomorrow and I would have been super excited but I had a little bit of bleeding yesterday so deep down, I am worried that they are not going to see anything tomorrow.
I know my numbers are progressing b/c I keep using the CBE digitals that estimate the weeks and it has been increasing, so that's good.... I guess i'm just nervous.....
So frustrating what IF does to you. When I had my DS, there was nothing but 9 months of happiness and positive thinking...now, every twinge is filled with doubt! 
Sooooooooooo..............we are having.......................
DH nearly fell over!! I'm super excited though!! Long live the embryo glue!!!
Both had yolk sacs already (we are only 5w2d) so hopefully we will hear the heartbeats next week!!! Thank you for all your positive thoughts!!

I'm sure everything will be fine.
Totally normal to feel like that. I felt like that my entire pregnancy. I enjoyed it, but was always nervous something would happen.

This time is really rough as much as you want to be happy. Telling you to take it easy and relax is easier said than done but unfortunately there's not much that you can do. Think positive thoughts and good luck tomorrow.

Exactly my same feeling here. I feel like I was so naive back then (5.5 yrs ago for me)...we even told our families we were pregnant at this point (5 weeks), which we are definitely not doing now. It sucks to be worried all the time.
I ovulated late, and when I went for my first sono last week, the **very sensitive** sono tech announced my sac was "not measuring as big as it should be". I started to cry. Thankfully my dr came in and knew it was the right size based on when I ovulated, not my LMP. There is always drama when you've gone through so much, I swear.
I have my second sono today...praying to see a yolk sac today. Good luck to you!!!

This is so aggravating to hear....they should definitely be more sensitive to the fact that it is not always an easy road for everyone!!!
