First Tri and sleeping

I forgot how annoying this was. I am 5W5D and the exhaustion has hit. I could barely make it to 8 pm last night. Well I slept like 4 1/2 hours and here I am wide awake....ahhh....I need to sleep...Okay vent over

That stinks about not sleeping through the night. I definitely share in the exhaustion piece with you, but luckily I haven't had issues sleeping. If anything I've been sleeping much more deeply lately and only wake up to pee during the night. I hope the insomnia passes quickly!

Re: First Tri and sleeping

I am having this problem. I fall aslep by 10 the latest and am up at 3am. I was up at least a half hour last night. Then I find it nearly impossible to wake up with DC#1 at 7:30.

I know how you feel. I'm in bed by 9pm and I'm always exhausted! I also wake in the middle of the night to use the bathroom every night!

Re: First Tri and sleeping

The 1st tri was rough. I was able to sleep all the way through the night but I would be in bed by 8:30 or 9pm each night.. I just couldn't stay awake.

Now in my 2nd tri.. I cant sleep at allllllllll! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon I'm usually in bed and sleeping by 10 or 11pm. But I wake up b/t 2:30 and 3am to pee and after that I'm up, wide awake until 5:30. If I'm lucky I'll get back to sleep for an hour before I have to get ready for work, but it makes it so hard to get up in the morning loosing those few hours. I'm soooooooo tired all the time!
