Flying Southwest - which carseat did you use

I will be flying next week with my DD - she's 6months old - and I bought a seat for her on the plane. For those that used a carseat on the plan when you flew, which one did you use?

We are flying Southwest and they said their seat width is only 17in. I have the Graco safeseat and i'm worried it may not fit.

Ive had a Britax Marathon in the seat. My Snugride should fit. Just make sure it's FAA approved

Thank you for your responses.

I actually just spoke to Southwest. They said that the arm rests do go up and since I purchased 3 seats, that I could keep them up during the flight.

Did you know that the Graco safeseat is 18.66 inches wide! no wonder we can't even fit her car seat on upside down highchairs in restaurants.

FYI: anyone looking to purchase a carseat/travel system - I really like it, but it is pretty heavy and WIDE! lol

We've been on Southwest with a Britax Boulevard, both with the arm up, and with the arm down (up is much easier, BTW!) The Boulevard is 19.5 inches wide.
