Does your DC watch any TV yet...Baby Einstein? DC may be too young, but you could always bring a portable DVD player or computer to play some DVDs for him. That has always worked like a charm for us (our DS has a serious TV addiction)

Re: Flying with a 3 1/2 month old Friday
I just took dd on a flight, she is 5 months old....I fed her on takeoff but not landing and she slept for most of the flight
bring his favorite toy and a blanket...hold him close, he will probably fall asleep

Re: Flying with a 3 1/2 month old Friday
Believe it or not, its very easy at that age. I am more afraid to fly with my toddler.
I flew with Jordana at 5 months and she slept the whole time. I nursed her going up and down, and that was pretty much it.
Don't pre-board if your baby tends to get fussy. Bring a bjorn or carrier if you use one.
That's about all I can think of. Have fun!

Re: Flying with a 3 1/2 month old Friday
I flew with DS when he was 3 months (such a long time ago, a month ago ) and he was fine.
He didn't really want to eat on landing, so I gave him a pacifer and his blankie and he was fine. He actually dozed off on the way there for most of the ride.
We flew JetBlue, they had nice little changing tables in the bathrooms.

Thanks ladies!!! DH just has me so worried about it. I told him the worst that would happen was we would spend the whole trip walking DS up and down the aisle and have a plane full of people hating us.

I agree-- a 3 month old is easy, when we felw with Jacob then, he was fantastic--slept the entire time...
Fast forward to last week at 23.5 months-- it was a rough ride with a toddler.. He didnt want to sit still.... Enjoy the plane ride while you can!!!!

Bella was an ANGEL when we took her to Florida at 4 months...20 months was def tougher but still doable.

Re: Flying with a 3 1/2 month old Friday
We didn't do it until 7 months so I don't have much advice. We just had some toys handy and DD did have her own seat so she slept in the carrier a while. Good luck!
