Follicle size
On average, what is the desired size of a mature follie (after fertility meds like clomid or injectables) that they look for before doing an IUI?

All RE's are different on this. But, i would say once you get into the 20's you should think you are going to trigger in a day or so. I know they must be over 18.
I know some people on here will have some better ranges for you.

My RE will trigger at 18mm or larger.
