Food delivery?
How many of you get your food delivered? Do you think it is worth it? What are the extra costs? I'm willing to pay an extra 20 buck to get my food delivered rather than going to the store. I think it's money well spent but not sure if that's all that is involed.

Peapod! Best invention ever. Delivery is only about $7. Look online for coupons though...

I just used Pea Pod ( Stop-n-Shop) for the 1st time ever last week and it was great !....It was like $6.00 for delivery, very easy to navigate the web-site and my neighbor gave me a $20 off coupon for first time customers...I gave the woman a $5.00 tip ( it was not a large order, since it was my 1st time)...I will be using them from here on out ! And they gave me (4) $5.00 off coupons for sub-sequent purchases...They even take manufacturer coupons...really really easy...If you are interested, I'll try and figure out if I can pass the coupon code on to you , or if its a one shot only type of thing

I was using Peapod a lot, and still do on occassion, but the meat I get delivered from them is usually AWFUl. On the verge of spoiling. I've gotten refunds several time for that. Other than that it's great.

I use Peapod a lot too, but I don't have this problem. But Summer and I get our deliveries from different stores and I think that makes a difference.
Peapod is 6.95 for a delivery fee. I just placed an order (and can change it up until 11:59pm tonight) and it will be delivered between 6-8pm tomorrow night

Wow, so you can do a next day order. I really think for my quality of life - this is great.
