Food for Casino themed birthday party?

Ok ladies, I need help planning this menu because I am at a complete loss. I am planning a surprise 30th birthday party for my DH that will be casino themed. It's going to be 8pm on a Friday night since it's his actual birthday and we leave for Jamaica two days later. What should be on the menu? I was thinking for cocktail party type foods than dinner, but what do you think? And I'm not sure yet if I'll cook or have it catered.

So far I have:
Buffalo Wings
Penne ala Vodka
Veggies and dip
Hero
Chips with salsa and guac

I really like the idea of cocktail food... i am a big fan of that and think that would work out great!

We went to a party recently and all they did was appetizer size stuff:

Few examples:
Steak Skewers
Chicken Skewers
Shrimp Skewers

Sliders
crab cakes

they hired a waitress to bring everything around but it was certainly enough food

I looove the idea of making it a cocktail party. People can eat and play. I'm thinking you can do a "High Rollers/Low Stakes" kind of thing - a mix of 'elegant' and 'real' foods:

Herb Crusted Lollipop Lamb Chops
Strawberries with Marscapone Cheese
Roasted Shrimp Cocktail
Baby Quiche
Crab Cakes with Horseradish Aioli
Prosciutto wrapped Melon
Marinated sirloin skewers
Greek chicken on Toasted pita points
Sushi
A display of various cheese and fruits
Mini hot dogs
sliced brats
Cheeseburger sliders
Fried chicken bites
Mozzarella sticks
Deep Fried Mac & Cheese balls
BLT Bites
