Food quantities @ a party
We're having a party for DS with about 20 guests. How much food do you think we'll need? We'll order from a local restaurant who will deliver trays. I really want to make sure there is not only enough food but also enough variety.

I think it depends on what you want to serve meaning hot or cold foods...is it lunch or dinner?

we are having 20 adults for my DD 1st Birthday party...we ordered 6 feet of hero and 6 pounds of salads.
if i were doing hot foods:
i would have done
1/2 tray of meatballs
1/2 tray of chicken marsala
1/2 tray sausage and peppers
full tray of ziti
full tray salad
rolls
