Foot massage?
There is a foot spa place by me that gives a one hr. reflexology massage...is this safe while you are pregnant. I heard massages are not b/c of pressure points...any advice

imo depends how far along you are. my docs said early that its fine...but i waited until a couple months ago...
and now i went twice this week and still no labor!! lol

Best advice is to ask your OB. You don't want to mess around and potentially cause preterm labor by hitting certain pressure points. You can also contact the spa themselves and ask if they have prenatal massages that are specifically for pregnant women. Some places will not do reflexology on you when pregnant for fear of hurting you or the baby.
