DD had her first shots yesterday around noon. She was out of it or sleeping for most of the rest of the day- and slept pretty well at night. She normally gets up around 9am to eat, and then is up for a few hours after.
Well, this morning, she ate at like 8:30- and fell back asleep until 11:30- woke up and ate, was up for a little bit, but wasn't really herself, fell back asleep at 1ish until 2:30, and is now sleeping again!
I'm just wondering if its normal for her to be this sleepy and "out of it" for over 24 hours after her shots.

Yes, it can last this long. By tomorrow she should be better.

I can be anywhere from 24 to 48 hours before Lucas is back to his old self. Usually during that time he is sleepy and cuddly and only wants me...I love that.

Yeah, I'd say it took DD about 36 hours to be back to her regular self. She was very sleepy, cranky and irritable during those hours, but the Tylenol helped. Good luck
