I will NOT try to BF. I am convinced that this was a major factor in my PPD.
I will also ignore those who like to criticize my parenting stlye. Hopefully I'll have mastered that skill by #2

I will try and relax and supplement. I tried to only BF and I exhausted myself. I wound up quitting at six weeks and turning to formula. I'd like to nurse longer.

4 more months till the next baby is due.
I plan to give breastfeeding another shot - I didn't produce much milk for DD and had to supplement and b/c of that DD wouldn't latch and my supply eventually decreased so i decided to stop.
Will enforce better sleeping patterns. I will enforce baby fall asleep on their own as early as possible.
Will use the playpen more and execauser - hopefully this will keep baby entertained while mommy has some time for herself.

right to formula- no stress/emotional heartache with the BF (I don't think my milk came in either)... no wasting all the money on the outfits either....
Same here. For a month (or maybe longer) I was so upset. I would pump, pump and pump for a whole 2ozs.
Im going right to formula and not going through the feelihg guilty and being upset stage. It hurt so much.

Hmmm,  I always said I am going to BF longer/harder but I think I am going to do the same- for 1 month. supplementing and pumping/BF, then right to bottle. For me I feel it is important for the baby to get the beginnings of the breast milk, after that again for me I dont think it matters, formula these days have all the nutrients a baby needs.
Clothes- no washing unless I am actually going to use them.
wont rip off tags either.
otherwise everything else will be the same, no complaints here. So far so easy I have to say. DD is really really good.
Oh and we got a tooth yesterday- DD didnt even fuss

I will be putting baby # 2 right into the crib for sleep, no bassinet, no carseat etc...
There will be CIO implemented at 5-6 months old... none of this ONE year old bull...
No rocking to sleep... there will be rocking, but not to get the baby to sleep. I'm still rocking Jacob to sleep every night...
No Dr. Browns bottles.. so annoying with all those contraptions..
Thats about it.. For now...
