Re: For moms w/a changing table with baskets
mine has 4 baskets, 1- Diapers 2- bibs/burp cloths 3- rec blankets & overnight diapers 4- Misc items - disposable changing pads and placemats for going out, shoes when he was smaller, etc
DS is now 19 months and I still use my changing table for every diaper!
ETA: If you keep any lotions or medicines in the baskets, just be prepared to move then one your LO gets moving! DS has regularly taken apart the changing table since he was about 9 months old

Re: For moms w/a changing table with baskets
I had one basket on my changing table filled with anything I may need quickly: lotion, diaper rash cream, thermometer, eucerin, qtips, alcohol swabs, nail clipper, mylicon, tylenol...can't remember. Diapers were in a drawer and wipes were in a warmer.
