For my Mojo **updated**
So as an infamous LIF worker I almost never post, but a while back I posted about the strength my Mojo fighting his battle with no working liver.
Well all this week he hasn't eaten. Saturday he had blood work done and everything seemed fine, his liver enzymes were even good. Since he was off they gave his an antibiotic to take just incase he was fighting some infection.
Well it got worse, and my sister took him to the vet again yesterday. They shipped him immediately to the Plainview ER vet, and he needed an immediate blood transfusion to make it through the night.
Come to find out he wasn't eating or drinking because he didn't have enough blood in his body to sustain normal bodily activities/functions. Somewhere he's bleeding, most likely from an ulster caused by the crazy liver meds he has needed to keep him alive.
There's nothing they can do but put him on pain meds to keep him comfortable and give us a couple more days with him.
He is my little monkey, a superman in the canine world, and I just needed to get this out and ask for prayers. He's such a fighter, and a happy one at that.
We don't know what we're going to do without Might Mo. He has a litermate brother who is going to suffer just as much, so please prayer for our Maxxy, too.

Update: I just wanted to thank you for all of your prayers and support. Unfortunately we had to take our Momo to get put down on Saturday. He was so tired, and his little body just didn't have any more stamina to fight. He's in a better place, and all I can do is pray for my family and Max that their hearts can eventually heal.

THE RAINBOW BRIDGE POEM
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....
