Right now Liam gets 2 tbsp of rice cereal. I will try the oatmeal again in a month (too gassy for him right now). And 1/2 jar of Earth's Best Sweet Potatos, twice a day.
When can I up it to more rice cereal (should I?) per serving and a whole jar per serving (meaning per mealtime)?
He will be 6 months old tomorrow. And Loves eating food.

Does it seem like he wants more when you are feeding him? I would up the amount of cereal and veggies if you think he's hungry. That's what I do with James (he just turned 5 months.) I just go by how hungry he is. He hasn't eaten a full jar yet though.

DS is almost 6 months old and has been easting solids since he was 4 months old. Right now he eats a whole bowl of cereal for breakfast, a stage 2 fruit jar for lunch and a stage 1 veggie for dinner and of course he gets bottles with each and also in between.

At 6 months Kerri would have...3tbsp cereal with one stage 2 for breakfast, a stage 2 for lunch, usually a stage 2 veggie or fruit for dinner (often she would have both) and bottles in between
