? for those who have had both a vag delivery and a c-section

I am 32 weeks and I have GD. My ds is already measuring 5lbs 6oz which they are telling me is large for right now. I have the option of having a c-section.
I have a 2 1/2 year old dd who I delivered naturally which the recovery for me was difficult because I tore pretty bad.
Anyway I was just wondering how different the recovery is. If you found a c-section recovery to be much more difficult than a natural delivery.

For me, my c-section recovery was so much better than my natural child birth.

Remember, everyone is different

I think everyone is different. I was supposed to go and have vag child birth, but when I got to the hospital to get induced there were some issues and they had to take DS out immediatly. I had to have a crash c-section and the recovery was so hard. I know other women who had a scheduled c-section and had an easier recovery then me.

I had a very good recovery from my c/s. I was up the next day, took it slow and generally had no issues (It was my first child, so I had no one else to care for at home).

My v-birth recovery was amazing. I was out of the bed and walking around 20 minutes after having her. I did bleed a lot more than with my c/s which sucked, but I was able to go home within 2 days, and having a newborn and a 2-year old, I was thankful for having the ease to get around.

So for me, the v-birth recovery by far!
