Freaking out, first trip with babies... timing question

Freaking out, first trip with babies... timing question
We are taking our first trip with our 9 month old twins tomorrow and for some reason, despite being a seasoned traveler, I am freaking out about missing our flight or something.
Our flight leaves at 10 am from LGA, we are driving from Port Washington and parking at the airport. For the life of me I cannot figure out what time we should plan on leaving to account for traffic, parking, hauling everyone in, security etc. Any suggestions or tips? Thanks in advance for hopefully quelling my fears and anxiety!

Apparently every parking lot in a million mile radius is booked (i guess i never used to actually drive to the airport pre-kids) so we're hitching a ride. Hopefully this cuts down on the time a bit.
