Freezer door pops open when we close the fridge...
We have a brand new GE refrigerator. It is stainless steel, with the freezer on top of the fridge part if that is useful info.
Everytime we close the fridge part, the freezer opens a little. Most of the time we notice it and close it. But when we don't, things get weird in the freezer, and very frosty.
Its almost like the magnetic strip/seal around the freezer isn't strong enough, that every bump sends it flying open.
Anyone ever have this problem? Any idea how to fix it?

Sounds like the fridge needs to be tilted back just a bit. There should be adjustment screws at the bottom of the fridge. A little bit of a tilt makes the doors close on their own, and keep them closed.

Yup, same thing happened at my parents house. You need to level it off correctly.
