FResh Mozzarella ???is ok if its cooked?
If I make a pizza with fresh Mozz. and i cook it for 30 mins. that should be ok to eat it right???????

Does the package say pasturized? I thought almost all Mozzerellas were pasturized these days??
I have had a TON of pizza this PG so I sure hope so. Aint something Im giving up any time soon....

Yes pizza is fine but its the fresh, homemade mozzeralla fromm an italian store (which isnt packaged) they say may carry bacteria. However if cooked it should be ok ...but i just wanted to make sure

My Dr said fresh mozz is OK, as long as it's cooked.
