Friends, foes, strangers..I need some support UPDATE
I have not had a ciggarette since 7pm last night and I feel like I am dying. Yes, dying from lack of smoking. I know its sounds stupid but I am  cuckoooo today.
TIA for your support 
eta: duh, I am trying to quit I neglected to mention that. 
UPDATE: 24 hours!  :faint
UPDATE 2: no drugs, some side effects would include insomnia and death. never mind, I will stick to being beyotchy for a few more days. I picked up the nicorette fruit gum which is helping.

Hey Em! I doing GREAT! I'm back at work for 3 weeks then my back surgery is scheduled for Feb.7th  I'm nervous but can't wait to have a solution!!!

You can do it, baby! I quit on New Year's Eve (last smoke at 11:42 New Year's Eve) and I feel like I'm dying, too. But you got this! I was walking around with an unlit cigarette for a little while, but I've stopped that. I'm still having cravings but its less and less. Good luck and I'm here if ya need support!

The patch makes me umm high. I tried it years ago and ended up in the hospital. I was so high I did not relize the patch was burning my stomach.  Its pretty funny now but then it was not.

Honestly the first 2 weeks are the hardest Try not to even think how long it has been since, or how many you would have smoked by now & all that mess. That totally tripped me up the first few times I quit.
It is so much better in the end...you will be amazed at how easily the desire turns to disgust!
