Re: Frozen or Fresh Turkey ?

Fresh all the way. My mom has never used frozen, so I don't.

Always a fresh one.
I prefer a Bell & Evans bird.

I've only had frozen. I can't compare and I'm sure fresh is 1000x better but I make a darn good turkey. Chat Icon

this year, it's only going to be SO and me... i think i'll try to find fresh turkey parts (since a whole turkey will be way too much food for us)

Re: Frozen or Fresh Turkey ?

Fresh Kosher. I get it at the Kosher Butcher.

Sometimes shoprite has them.

If you spend $300 at Shoprite (and some other stores) you get get your bird cheap.

$300 is over a period of time, not the day you buy the turkey.

I did frozen once...never again.
