Does anyone know any FSBO that are cheap? FH and I are looking, but can't find anything that we can afford.
Basically our wants are this:
at least a 1 car garage at least 2 finished bedrooms (and room for at least a 3rd to be finished)
A good school district (for my 8yo DD)
We have been looking at Levitt houses (in Levittown, Island Trees, Westbury (with East Meadow schools) Hicksville and East Meadow) Levitt houses seem to be cheaper since they have no basements.
Anyone know of any that are 360 and under? I know of a few that are on MLSLI, but they need too much work! We are willing to do some, but not a TOTAL rip out.
Someone must know of something ! ! ! Houses on LI are TOO MUCH $$$$$
