I checked the map and it might be priced so low because it looks like it backs the Southern State Parkway. I'm not sure how noisey that would be but I think it would make it less desireable.... other than that though, its a good house for the price!

It's a cute house and RVC schools - but right on the cusp of Hempstead, which is why it is priced as it is.
Probably great for someone that really wants to be in RVC school district.

No, not quite near Peninsula. It's in South Hempstead which is all of 10 blocks maybe - but Woodland is the last block of So. Hemp and the RVC school district.
Don't get me wrong - the area is nice and a good community - I just was explaining that I knew why it was dirt cheap for RVC.

It's a pretty good deal considering it's in the RVC school district, but you avoid the higher RVC taxes/prices.
