I typically work between 42 and 48 hours a week at the office. I usually work an additional 10 hours a week from home.

I work in the Financial Services industry.

I'm a teacher and will be gone from about 7:30-4. Not too bad.

Lawyer --typically 45 hrs/week

About 50 hours per week in the legal profession. I see DS about an hour in the morning and 2 hours at night. Before I changed jobs, I was commuting to NYC and if you include the commute, I was working about 65 hours per week and seeing DS for zero hours per day. :(

I'm in outside sales and I drop DD off at daycare anywhere from 8 am to sometimes 9 am and pick her up usually by 4 pm (work thru lunch). Sometimes earlier depending on my day.

So about 35-40 hours per week.

I am a nures and work 3 -12hrs shifts at night from 7p-730am

I'm in HR - Organizational Development and Training.

I work M-F from 7:00 - 3:00.

I have a strict "no work" rule from 3:00 - 8:00 (bedtime).

If I'm with him and he's awake, I don't do any work.

But there are lots of nights I'm on my laptop from 8:00 until whenever just trying to keep on top of things.

And I have to loudly remind people that my hours are now 7-3 because I don't get the afternoon/evening face time that seems to be so important at my company so there are rumors that I've "checked out".

i have a F/T job that is from 7:30-3:30- kdis get dropped at 7 and im there at 3:45. I also work a night job,on Fridays from 7pm-? and all day Sundays- it sucks, but no choice in the matter.

I work 31 hours per week as a social worker in a clinic.

Another teacher, I will leave around 7:30 (30 minute commute) and be home around 4.

i manage orders and shipping for 6 art galleries and i work m-f from 9-5pm. Once I get a little more settled into parenting,in the next few months or possibly Jan. 2009, im going to take a college course at night 2 nights a week from 7-10pm.
