Funniest/most creative pet names?
What are some that you've heard?
Our neighbor back in VA had a dog named ESPN (pronounced Espin). And yes, he was a huge sports fan.
I know someone who had a hermit crab named Tony. I don't know why but that totally cracked me up 
My sister's hermit crab is Mr. Pinchy

I also get a kick out of pets with human names.
The nail person I use has a cat named Jonathan.
My canary is Kevin.
When my DH comes home, I'll ask him some of the more memorable names in his practice.

Pronounces - DeeOHgee.... I thought that was funny!!

My dog's name was Reggie (not too creative.. I know). I met someone who named his dog "koufax"(Sandy Koufax).

When I was a little kid, we named our Siberian Husky, WOLF and our cat, KITTY so we qualified for the *LEAST* creative name category!!!

Umm - let's see - we have two frogs - Flip and Lovey - Flip had a sibling, FLop, but Flop died
DH has a nasty eel named Eely and a shrimp name Shrimpy
He named our dog, PuppyDog and our cat's name is Pookie but he likes to call her, among other things, Pookie Macarena Poo Hen.
He needs serious help.

My mom calls her Papillion - Pappy
and my doberman was called Rambo cuz he was Rambuctious as a puppy (don't ask me how we came to that conclusion)

It's not a Gilligan's Island reference! The only reason he's named Lovey is because DH happened to get him on our last anniversary

I had a friend who had a frog named FLIP!! He had a brother named Chip.
We also had a turtle growing up that we named Tuttle and all he ate was lettuce and bologna.
I had a hamster named Spike.
And a black cat named Inky.

At the dog park we go to, we always see a lady and her dog named "DOG"
Oh and my IL's dogs are "Happy and Snappy"
