My dog's name is Peanut. He looked like a little Peanut when I first got him... with his big belly...he's a fawn colored french bulldog
In the beginning Dad called him "Pea-no-nut" after I got him fixed.
But now my Dad likes to call him (spelling it the way it sounds when dad says it) - Peeno Griggggioooo.
We call him "the Nutter" sometimes.

i was going to origianlly name Mia "AWESOME" which i thought was a creative name.
a friends dog is Seger as in Bob Seger
i dislike when people name their dogs Dog and their cats Kitty. (although we did have akitty named Kitty) so unimaginative.
i had a cat named Booger
my grandma, another uncreative person named like 3 of her dogs "Lucky"

My dogs growing up were
Prissy
Holly
Woody
Faith
and now my parents have Hope.
and a cat named Silla, short for Pricilla
The first three died tragically, poison, House fire and Woody was hit by a truck, so my parents started with Faith, who lived to 14 and now Hope who is 9. (I guess the names are working!!)
I have a Bella, and a fish named Oscar, and Rosco.

when i was younger we had a dog her name was princess my little sister named her and she was obsessed with princess stuff.
now we have a kitty his name is deon not creative at all really but my husband does call him prime time after a football player whos real name is deon.
as for his creative nickname my husband calls him bobala.

my grandmother come up with some really interesting names.
Her shi-zu (sp?) was name POTUS. Yep President of the united states. She said it sounded japanese and the breed is from there!
He new dog is Toyjoy. My aunt and mother were joking around and making up a rhyme and the last line was "here is your new bundle of toy joy"
And my cousin has taken after her naming ability.
His fish was- herbie the lovebug goes bananas part 3.
and if you didn't say it all he freaked!!
His rabbit was named Nicey due to the fact that I had a rabbit I rescued named lacey.
Then there is his boxer named knockout. it took some time to get used to but now its cute!

My black girl cat is named Midnight Miss Suki after Posh Spice...and my boy tabby is called Cornelius T. Jackson...the T stands for Trouble.

My chihuahua is named Talullah and my nephew named his bunny Patrick. I don't know why, but "Patrick the Bunny" makes me laugh everytime.

I met him at my cousin's Extreme Makeover in St James March 2005. They dyed the dog green b/c it was around St Patty's Day.
Unless it was a different Diogi. (which I doubt).

I think it may be a popular name--I had friend in college who also had a D.O.G.! And she married a Coors (a la beer) so I doubt she's the girl at the Dairy Barn.

My sisters niece was given the go to name her other aunts cat. He was a little black and white kitten. She was 4 and said she had to think about it. She went into the living room and sat on the couch for a while and came back and said she came up with a name. She told us she wanted to name him TC. We asked her why...and she looked and us seriously and said..because it stands for The Cat!!

My friend also had a dog named doegee for D.O.G. I thought it was so cute!
Now heres one for the books. My dads malamute was named DOG! Nothing more, nothing less. Just Dog. He used to say, hes named for what he is. A dog! We thought he was all playing when he first got him but then showed us how he responded to just DOG and it was so funny.
So yes, my dads dog was named dog. LOL
