Ganirelix & breakthrough bleeding

Hi ladies, I am doing an IUI, I started my follistim on the 31st, everything was progressing perfectly, started ganirelix this past Tuesday, so one week after stims started. They had also lowered my follistim on Monday and Tuesday. So on Wednesday the follies looked great, so did my lining. I go in yesterday and my follies either didn't grow or shrunk and my lining was thinner by 5mm. So they raised my follistim dose last night, I get up this morning and there is blood when I go th bathroom. My follies did grow from yesterday but are still not as big as Wednesday, or the size they really need to be for the IUI and spotting has continued all day.

Has anyone had spotting with ganirelix? This is my first time taking it, I used lupron for my IVFs.

I didn't have any breakthrough bleeding during stims, so i don't know if that is normal. I would call the doctor, just to make sure. Good luck with your cycle!!!
