Geico/Narragansett Bay Insurance for Home Owner's Insurance

Hi all,

I have been shopping around for cheaper rates for my HO Insurance - currently I have State Farm but they had an increase in fees and my bill went up almost $100!

I got a quote throught Geico - they use Narragansett Bay... but I was just wondering how reputable you think they are and how stable... especially in this economy?

Their quote was about $30 cheaper but I also get an additional discount for having my cars with Geico. The coverage is the same.

Any insight on the company? Anyone use them?

hi, we use them and haven't had any problems so far. we have our car insurance through geico too.

we use them, and like them so far. the only thing is they were too low in the replacement value they gave us and had to increase our premiums so be careful of that.

We have used them since July...no problems at all. They are very nice when we do have to call, and they were great when we first signed up with them.

We have been using them for a while when Allstate canceled us for being ina flood zone.... ( crazy since we lived in syosset).

we have had no issues and curently use them for both houses...
