Re: Gender intuition
I was wrong---we didn't find out the sex till DD was born. Everyone and I mean everyone thought I was having a boy based on how I was carrying and so did I. However, I did have a dream that I had a girl and to all of our surprise it was a girl

Re: Gender intuition
I was really clueless, LOL. If you would have said you HAVE to pick I would have said boy. I would have been wrong.

Re: Gender intuition
I thought boy with my first. So did most people:Link
Definitely wasn't a boy, lol.
This time I have no feeling one way or the other.

Nope. I was convinced I was having a boy with #2...even bought boy clothes. I had a girl.

Re: Gender intuition
I thought boy both times & both times I've been right. I think because DH's family is all boys I just expect to always have boys too (I have heard that some men are genetically predisposed to have boys & I think maybe DH inherited that-- or maybe not, could be just a coincidence).

Re: Gender intuition
I always assumed I would have all boys.
Team green every time.
Nurseries always painted blue.
Been right so far.
I strongly suspect boy again this time. Will find out 9 weeks from tomorrow.

Re: Gender intuition
I had a feeling with DS that it was a boy, I was right... second time around I have not really had any symptoms, which was the same with DS, so I'm thinking its another boy... although i am secretly hoping for a girl!

Re: Gender intuition
I was sure I has having a boy but was secretly hoping for a girl...and I had a girl :) Strangely enough my sister seems to get it right with everybody, like the first moment she finds out they're pregnant, I haven't known her to be wrong with one person, it's so weird...

Re: Gender intuition
Nope, I was totally wrong. I was shocked when the doctor said "It's a boy!"

Gender intuition
I was completely wrong. I was convinced I was having a girl based on all the old wives tales (they ALL pointed to girl), and I'm having a boy :)

Gender intuition
I was wrong both times.
With my first, I swore it was a boy - nope, it's a girl! Now I am PG with my second and I really thought I was having another girl - nope, it's a boy!

Re: Gender intuition
Totally thought my first was a boy. Had a dream I was holding a boy and my dad also had a dream I had a boy. When we found out she was a girl I was really surprised but thrilled. I made sure they rechecked in the third trimester too because I was afraid they may have been wrong!!
This time I have no idea! I kind of think boy because in both our families, everyone seems to have at least one boy (and these families have two children) so boys seem like they run strong. I would be thrilled if dd had a sister tho but would be super excited to get a chance to raise a boy too!!! I just can't wait to find out in a little over a week!!!
