"gerber" baby food mommies ....
what other green veggies are there in stage 1 or 2? I have only come across peas and green beans. Is that it?

Yup...and they dont even have the peas in stage 2(at least in the organic ones)! But they dont really have much more than that as far as greens go in Earths Best either.

Stage 2 has a garden veggie with carrots, peas and spinach. WE're trying it today. I'm keeping my fingers crossed because DS doesn't do well with green veggies!
