Just to clarify - Tights (as in they are tights - not leggings) with tunic - No. Leggings with tunic - Okay.

I wear leggings always with dresses (the dress comes to just above my knee) or if it doesn't look well black stockings.
But a shirt with leggings only is bad i don't care how skinny you are unless your working out to me its not appropriate over the age of 30.

I disagree with that..I wear leggings all the time with sweaters and shirts that cover my ***. whats the difference if its a shirt that falls at the hip or tunic length? most of my *** is covered anyway.

I would normally agree with that but I'm not a fan of staring at soneone's backside all day.  I love leggings but I would prefer if everyone who wore them paired them with shirts that cover their arse!

if you wanna rock it its your choice. Just like I rock a mini skirt with my leggings and tall boots and I am fat axx. I just see it as a general rule, just like mini's over the age of 40 are a no no and white after labor day is a no no (and i am not fashionista)

I just have to say that I went out in leggings/yoga pants with a t-shirt earlier today, and I'm pretty sure that there was no one concluding that it was okay because I'm only 26. Not that I got any direct feedback, but I can't imagine that the general consensus was anything other than "go change...now."

Actually, white after labor day is okay. And I love wearing leggins with my shirts as long as my butt is covered.
