Getting cat litter residue off wood floors
I've had two cats for 9 years.. Never an issue till DH had to clean litter box bc I'm pregnant ... He decided to mop/wet swiffer up litter ... Yes spreading clay residue alllll over I've tried mopping tried swiffer (after all pellets gone of course)... And the floor is still covered in grey residue Now the cats bedroom is going to be new DDs I'm due in 6 weeks need to get this floor clean and sanitized hopefully within the week so the room can be put together finally
Any help on how to get rid of the grey litter film? It is clear when wet lol then dries with it on it

Try a little white vinegar with warm water on a damp towel (I keep old washcloths for cleaning). Rinse with clear water, dry, repeat if necessary.
