IDK, this probably isn't relevant at all... but this whole thing reminds me of a Law and Order episode where a little boy (about the same age as your son and his friend) was trying to act out gay sexual naked wrestling, etc with another little boy. It turned out that the little boy who was trying to act out these things was actually being molested by an adult and he was somewhat trying to act out the things that were being done to him.
Not saying that's what's going on here... but the more I think about this story the more this episode just sticks out in my mind.
Just something seems off.

This is what my DH was thinking too.
The principal said I did the right thing letting them know. Hopefully maybe he'll forward what is happening to the right individuals.
