Getting in your "daily water'
This is probably a dumb question but I will ask it anyway since I am losing my mind.
8 glasses of water a day is 64 oz right? That you should be getting?
So If i drink 4 normal size bottles of water that is 8 glasses?
.5L bottle I think equals just over 16 oz?
Did that even make sense?

Re: Getting in your "daily water'
Thank you! For some reason, when I was thinking 8 glasses of water a day I had in my mind 8 poland spring bottles.
My goal starting today was to get my water intake up, but I wanted to do it right.
Turns out...I was drinking enough on a normal basis. lol

Re: Getting in your "daily water'
I read something interesting the other day about easy ways to get all that water in. When you are brewing coffee or tea, drink a glass of water. For me, that would be 2 or 3 extra glasses of water a day, which is 14-21 extra glasses per week. Seems easy to do.
