Do you drink enough water on a daily basis?

Me? Definately not. I just dont feel thirtsy, so I never think to drink any water. I dont know what it is but I cant seem to drink enough water during the day.

Whats really weird is that I have to drink water before I go to bed at night. That is probably the only time my body craves water.

Is there anyone else like this?

I am the complete opposite. I drink water all day & drink about 2.5 liters a day. At night I will treat myself with some crystal light but other then that, I am a water girl all day, everday!

i ONLY drink water. no coffee, tea, soda, nothing. just water. this has been going on for about 6 months now and i've lost about 10 lbs just from making that adjustment. i have at least 3 or 4 poland spring bottles a day and then a few more glasses at night.

I drink tons of water. I don't keep track of how much I drink during the day, but I feel like I'm getting up constantly to go to the water cooler or the bathroom

i dont drink alot of water

I really love smart water though.

I drink soda, and coffee alot too

I drink water a lot! At dinner I'll treat myself to a can of soda, but, the rest of the day is water.

I only drink water...and a glass of chocolate milk a day. My body craves water, I get the worst headaches when I don't get enough water on a particular day.

I only drink water, rarely soda....but I definitely don't drink enough of it.

I am the same way. I am never thirsty (unless it's super hot out or i am working out) so i definitely don't drink enough water during the day. i sometimes worry if i am dehydrating my body or if my body just doesn't need that much water. i know you get water from foods too.

I know I don't drink enough and I really should. I have a 20oz bottle of water at work and it takes me all day to get through it, sometimes I don't even finish it.

Nope... I try, but I usually down about a quart of water in 1 day (basically I try and make it thru the tall SmartWater bottle that I fill up).

I pretty much only drink water all day/night.

I do have a sugar free Red Bull when I leave the house in the morning and a cup of tea once I'm at work.

I drink water all day. I really don't like soda that often, especially when I'm thirsty. I also don't drink coffee, once in a while I will have some green tea.

I used to be terrible, but recently I've started drinking a lot more, and I think I do drink enough now. I feel so much better, too. It's helped me lose weight, and my skin is better.

i drink a 3 32 oz cups a day and constantly feel bloated

Not nearly enough, I go through spurts where I make a conscious effort to drink a lot but the downfall to that is it goes right through me and I have to go to the bathroom ever 30 mins. I do drink a lot of diet soda though and I don't go a lot when i do.

No not enough! I can't have any food or drink at my desk, so it's too hard to drink enough during the day. My only saving grace is that I don't drink soda or coffee, only water, milk or occasionally Gatorade if I want something sugary.

Sometimes at the end of the day when I'm getting ready for bed, it'll occur to me that I drank maybe one glass of non-caffeinated beverage all day. Sometimes none. I make it a New Year's Resolution every year to do better, but can never stick to it.

I drink 1 gallon while at work.
At LEAST 2 more glasses at home.

I drink water all day long...I don't drink water at dinner, but after that, water again.

I think some days I def drink a good amount and sometimes I slack

nope, not even close. I am sure I am walking around dehydrated half the time.

and the funny thing is, I like water, have no problem with it if its in front of me, I'll drink it otherwise I forget!
