Getting jeans hemmed
I have never had to have my jeans hemmed before, but lately, "average" length jeans have been long on me. I bought a pair of jeans at The Limited that fits me beautifully, except they are about an inch too long. The "short" length was too short.
About how much does it cost to get jeans hemmed? Does anyone know anyone good in the Bellmore area who I can use?

Well, there's such a thing where I go called a "plain hem" and "original hem"
A plain hem is where they just make the pants shorter... it is what it sound like.
The original hem is if the pants have a special bottom, they keep the original bottoms of the pants somehow- I have no idea how they do this but I have them do it to my $$$ jeans to keep them looking exactly the same.
The plain hem where I go is 8 and the original is 20. I go to the place downstairs at Roosevelt Field right next to the post office.
