Getting morning sickness...at night?!

These past few nights I have been feeling queasy at night, right b/4 dinner. Last night was horrible. I didn't eat anything and then had the worst night sleep. at around 4am I had a piece of toast which did nothing for me.. then at around 8:30 on my way to work I ate two more piece of toast. I still feel really queasy and I am not sure what I can do to make me feel just a little better... I dunno how I am going to get through my day at workChat Icon Chat Icon

Try ice pops or something light....

My nausea always surged at night...it was worse if I had an empty stomach, but I didn't feel like eating....I found something cold like an ice pop helped me...and then I could eat dinner a little later when the nausea died down...

My nausea was ALWAYS right before and after dinner, hence the 5lb weight gain in 24 weeks! Try crackers or seltzer to calm your stomach!

Go to BRU and get Preggo Pops or Drops. I threw up all day for 14 weeks until I found these. Literally nothing else helped!

Re: Getting morning sickness...at night?!

I had it all day and all day. Puking morning and night. Not eating made it worse for me. Try to always have food in your stomach. Figure out what foods work for you.

For me carbs helped...watermelon...sour things.....It's the worst! Getting through work was horrible. I',m finally getting over it and I'm 17 weeks...not good times.

I hope it goes away soon for you.Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: Getting morning sickness...at night?!

I get it in the morning - first thing, but then worse in the late afternoon/evening.
Dinner time is awful for me. I usually feel gross from 4PM-bedtime.

I was only getting sick at night too , after 5 pm. But as of yesterday I think I've graduated to all day sickness. Chat Icon

My morning sickness was always at night too, after dinner time I would get so queasy. I never tried those preggy pops but hopefully they work!

Ugh! I know! It's horrible! I have it most of the day but I do notice a spike first thing in the morning, right around dinner time and right before bed time. No idea why but it's pretty bad. I just started drinking flat ginger ale per my BFF's advice and it's been helping. Hope you feel better soon!Chat Icon
