Getting on Track!!!
I'm getting myself motivated and trying to eat healthy which means cutting out sweets and junk but don't want to feel deprived either because then I will want it more!!!
My plan this weekend is to clean out my kitchen..get rid of all sweets, chips, Junk!!! If I see it that's all I will want to snack on. Gonna go to the store to stock up on healthier snacks. And both Sat & Sun to go to the gym get my body moving.
I have gained allot of weight that I know I can loose! I lost so much weight on WW the first time around. I was planning my wedding and lost allot in 7 months. I want to try this again but I have a much different schedule now..so I will have to do it online. Most of my weight gain is due to me being depressed about not able to get pregnant right away..so I turned to comfort food!!! So now I am getting back on track with myself and make some healthy decisons!!!
